Not everyone of us is super tall like models but that's not something we should worry about. Being tall is not only a matter of inches.
Have you ever thought that someone was actually taller or shorter then she/he really was? Probably that was because their body positition was not that upright! It can seem a stupid little thing but it can also make you gain a few inches and automatically make you look slimmer too..so why not!

- Stand with your feet slightly apart, heels a few inches from a wall. Rest your head, shoulders and butt against the wall.
- Relax and let your shoulders drop naturally; tuck your belly in and move your shoulders back so you feel your chest expand, but don’t arch your upper back. Take five deep breaths.
- Take a step away from the wall, holding your posture; this is how you should carry yourself all the time. Now walk your taller, leaner-looking self over to a mirror and see how stunning you are! I tried myself and I really feel better!
Non tutti noi siamo siamo altissimi come top model ma non e' qualcosa di cui dovremmo preoccuparci. Essere alti non e' una questione solo di centimentri. Avete mai pensato che qualcuno fosse piu' alto o basso di quanto in effetti fosse in realta'? Probabilment e' stato perche' non stavano in posizione ben eretta! Puo' sembrare una stupidaggine ma puo' anche varci guadagnare qualche centimetro e sembrare anche piu' magri...quindi, perche' non provare?
Per trovare la vostra postura perfetta seguite questi tre semplici passi:
- Stai in piedi con i piedi leggermenti separati a qualche centimetro da una parete. Appoggia la testa, le spalle e il sedere contro il muro.
- Rilassa le spalle e lascia che cadano naturalmente; tieni dentro la panci e ruota le spalle in modo da sentire il petto espandersi ma non inarcare la schiena. Fai cinque respiri profondi.
- Fai un passo allontanandoti dal muro mantenendo la tua postura; questa e' come dovresti sempre camminare. Ora porta la nuova, piu' alta te davanti lo specchio e guarda quanto sei meravigliosa! L'ho provato anche io e in effetti mi sento meglio!
